To ensure that we can continue to provide the best service to all our cleints, we have implemented the following. - 48 Hour Notice : if you need to cancel or reshedule your appointment, pleae provide at least 48 hour notice. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made without a 48 hour notice will incur a charge of 30% of the service fee. - No shows : Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will also be charged 30% of the service fee.
